Libra being associated with Big Bad Facebook seems to be a problem here. Hopefully that negative sentiment won't end up tainting all cryptocurrency. I can just imagine some white-haired ill-informed senator exclaiming, "Bitcoin? Isn't that the Facebook thing?"

That went really bad. Just a chance for congressmen to tell off Zuckerberg for the camera.

Has been fun watching people try to push companies to use the crypto/token they invested in. Why would Amazon or Facebook use someone else's currency when they can create their own? That is where we are now.

I don't like facebook. They lucky Instagram is mandatory in my field of work.
