    Godaddy Spends Too Much On Advertising

    Just searched for Godaddy to renew a domain name I have under them. $26 for one year with whois protection.

    Now I get constant ads all over the place for Godaddy. All these ads do, Is remind me to transfer the name over to namesilo.

    Rant over.

      Namecheap did the same shit to me couple days ago $25 or so to renew .CO

                              It is a .com.

                              Frustrating to spend all that and then see all those ads. I am like, damn, If these guys didn't spend so much on ads. Maybe their prices would be cheaper and I could stay as their customer.

                                      GoDaddy pulls in the big bucks. At YNOT Mail we get people who have no idea of what they are doing. "Pop3 email? What's that?". GoDaddy sells them a domain, then whois privacy, then hosting, then wordpress, then email addresses, then SEO listing....
