Business I have a $600,000 budget for a project

BUT.....

Has to be badass coders, able to code interfaces from ground up, no templates, etc
Has to be good with data, integrating various disparate feeds
Has to do SAS style maybe 50k$/m after completion (they can host until bills are paid)
Has to stay on board and be responsive for at least a year

Any ideas on this? I have 10 proposals but the SAS part is difficult on a project this big

Mainstream

I think it takes 2000 hours or less but John Carmack could do it in a month.

Help me with ideas please

Why? If you'd seen the shit I waded through last two weeks trying to get a developer. I've talked to people in Reston, Hyperabad, Manila, Frankfurt, NYC, Boston and for fuck's sake New Jersey.

Yep, its a simple quick & dirty Wordpress site that we put up when we started the company. It was a choice between having a simple site or no site at all. We have been too busy doing work for clients and we rather focus our precious developer hours getting things done for our clients than doing a fancy website with all the bells & whistles.

Don't get me wrong, we definitely will create a real website in the near future that truly shows what we can do. I'm totally with you on putting up a site that shows what we could do
