Year ago I bought paid blog post on few sites that are highly relevant to my site. (same niche - big tits).Since I cannot find more sites that match my niche, does it make sense to buy another post year later? SeoWise

It does, as long as you link to other pages on your site. Of course, this is in case you have an SEO strategy and you optimize different pages for various keywords.

There are a lot of "big tits" blogs/tubes/webcam sites, im sure you can find some more to link from. Why limit yourself?

depends on prices, however pointing to different pages/keywords should work OK.

The first link from a site carries the most weight. If you're having a hard time finding sites in the same niche, you could have sites link to you from relevant content, even if the site doesn't exactly thematically follow your niche.
