    What the hell "series" stand for when I submit new ID scan?

    Your support is a catastrophe though, whether I try to contact you on skype or other IM I don't get an answer in weeks...

      Series is only applicable to some documents. If you don't see "series" on your picture ID then you can simply enter a hyphen into this field (-) to proceed.
