If that cool interface also listed comments per tube site as well as other stats, it'd be pretty neat (or perhaps like a comment feed for all tubes).
$150USD/month is not cheap, but not horrible either if it does what it says without issues.
I'd be apprehensive about using third party manual services as you'd be giving a stranger all your logins for a good chunk of your social media presence (which makes me wonder how passwords are stored on their 'do it yourself' plan).
When I was doing submitting I was using TSS which was something like $40 a month and then a Windows VPS which was another $40 a month, plus proxies which was another few dollars a month. The Windows VPS worked okay but still had its issues. In general, the whole "system" was clunky.
I don't think an "all in one" solution for $150 is unreasonable at all.
It's a tool to do a job. Does it help you do the job easier than without the tool and does it achieve the ultimate goal of the job? That's what needs to be focused on.
