Off hand I don't recall what years he was in charge of the CIA or anything notable...I would have to do some research to refresh my memory. I recall more about his time as Ambassador to China than I do his time at the CIA.

Director of Central Intelligence (DCI)

My understanding is George Bush was part of a secret operation to sire male children who would then be planted in the USSR. These children, although politically astute, would in fact be dumb as bags of rocks.
