Nope, bought traffic and used LP. Didn't convert.

Tried it out. Shady casino, slowly paying outs.. stay away!

Made money with them but don't push them any more due to some issues.

I'm doing great with them. Was promoting their affiliate program. But some affiliates are having issues receiving payments (as Emma pointed out). So decided to stop pushing them until they iron out the kinks. Best try mainstream casinos in the meantime. They pay really well.

I made enough to cash out then it dried up so pulled my links. Good idea in theory that does not work so well in practise

I bought adspace with adult sites as well as promote them on my sites (adult and mainstream). They also have BetSwagger for non adult. Though I mainly focused on buying ads.

My question really is, how well does gambling converts on adult sites? (I guess you are buying ads at tubes)

Tubes, and other. I was testing all sorts of traffic, even cold traffic. The best converting ads were ones where I'd tease the users (with PH).
It's really all about getting as many signups as you can and not worry if people are playing yet. Many will play and never comeback while others will play and and keep playing. One issue is, a lot of people don't think online casinos are real and that you never win and when you do show wins they won't believe you. Proving it to skeptics is kind of a micro niche in itself

I did manage to get on Google ads for a month using a splash page. That is until a human reviewed my ad and was declined (need a license to promote casinos with Google). Shame because it was very effective.

Targeting full fledged players is obviously best for conversions (buying ads on casino or betting related sites). They already know the drill:

I'm having great luck with DeckMedia Affiliate if interested in mainstream. They have casinos for most countries.

Promote the Free Spins on sign-up ads. Most my sign-ups come from those.
