We were talking with the other mods today about this in fact. Easy to say but more complicated to do than its seems. Many of us here use vpns etc.

We went over some cases of users and seems impossible that its the same person or double personality lol

will monitor this more closely, I agree its an issue.

I saw today that the Q&A posts were merged in here and the Q&A forum was removed.

In my (oh so very humble) opinion, I don't think that that is a great idea. In the Q&A section there was a rule (don't know if it was written or un-written) that you didn't fuck with people even if you thought their question was stupid. That rule was not always followed but most of the time it was.

So noobs seemed less afraid to ask biz questions in there. I am not sure that people will feel as free to ask noobie type questions out here in the main room, ya know?

If we are not going to have a Q&A or Noobie section then we need a rule that you can't fuck with people in biz threads or something like that. I looked for such a rule just to make sure that it did not already exist, I did not find it.

Again, just my opinion and it is worth every cent you paid for it.

Valid point Sarettah. Rules have to be updated. Harassing business threads will not be tolerated. Especially from people with no sigs. A lot of people had become afraid to post(not only newbies), it’s time to change that.

The thread was always near the top of the Q&A forum, very easy to find. It has been running continuously for almost 4 years and has around 2500 replies.

It is, imho, the go-to thread for chaturbate affiliates, of which there are many on the board.

Lot's of good discussion and information in that thread.

With the changes going on the main board will be moving more quickly and this thread will start being nearer and nearer the bottom and will fall off and then folks will start new threads not realizing that this discussion exists.

The Q&A forum did not move as quickly so the thread remained easy to get to.

Yeah, yeah, I know I can bookmark it but that doesn't mean that I will always have something meaningful to post in it to keep it near the top of the page.

We could count on iit staying front page, above the fold naturally but I would not count on it.

I personally do not have one because I think it clutters up the board. I dont have one and I have blocked all the other sigs as well.

Every board that I ever ran, I completely disabled sigs for everyone.

after past experiences, I'd never run a sig on a publicly accessible forum again, nor any forum where members aren't vetted. People can do all sorts of shit with seemingly innocuous info. Forcing members to run a sig is a bad idea.

I always understood why some people choose not to run sigs and respect that. Some like the anonymity, others not to get copied etc. But there will probably be a verification process of existing users without sigs, aside the new ones that will become tougher. This is not a place for surfers nor trolls and fake nicks, there are tons of sites for that...
