    DMCA Counterclaim writer (job)

    Have been hit with some fake DMCA complaints, is there anyone with good experience in writing counter claims? Message me on ICQ, can pay someone to do this for me, may even hire someone long term to deal with these regularly as it's quite common for larger sites.

                                      Bump, i'm also interested in this. Fake/false claims are probably coming from low-so competitors or those cam models who blindly send them to every site they can find with even a mention of their name.

                                                          Yes Sir but not always "low-so." This is fast becoming a trending problem. I have had to deal with this more this year than ever. What some failed to realize is that filing a BS DMCA Notice can have real consequences. We may be taking a few out for a walk as an example of what can happen.

                                                              There is an asian content company sending out dmca notices against their affiliates to google. Affiliates using their NATS tools. People need to be on the offensive against such stupidity and criminal content. The same company has been proven to be actively pirating their own content. They have supposedly licensed. The intent is obvious.
