Yea but they are only moving "political' shit so leaving the racist shit, the anti vaxxer & conspiracy shit.. The forum will be filled with that shit now..
You have to go either all or nothing.. because politics will just get replaced with other useless shit that someone will whine about. There wont be some sudden replacement with 'business" topics..
You will get a handful of people posting business topics for a few days maybe a week then they will get bored because no one replies in their posts and it will be filled with useless shit..
The smart money would be make a "white listed" business forum with heavy moderation but let anyone join who asked but then kick them if they post bull shit.
Then turn the rest of the form into a mainstream adult social network site like Reddit or something.. If it were me.. I'd do exactly that.. Make the business end private & hidden with white listing access but then actually go out to attract the bull shit stuff and use that to sell porn to them..In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

Crocket is right, Xanadu. On GFY, People post about politics to state and argue their personal opinions. Some even do it to reinforce their own belief such as WeHatePorn and his anti-science crap, and Vendildo's anti-immigrant shit.
If you're going to move Political Discussions to another thread, Then you are going to have to move other subjects there too. If you are going to do that, then either prepare for some backlash from people who don't want to be lumped into that category, and for a drop in GFY traffic.
Moving which is by far the most popular subjects on GFY to the very bottom of the list is a traffic killer too.
I agree that something should be done, but I'm not sure this is the best way.Comment

I understand that we all come to gfy not only for business, it has personally made me laugh(and think and learn and get mad...) a million times over the years. We could just delete all such threads from now on and dont make a section at all, if we didnt respect that....
Nevertheless a lot of people have stopped participating because of what has been going on and this had to stop. Sometimes change is painful.Comment

What I was saying was when you make a post in the politics & more section, the new post/thread goes to the bottom of the page. The oldest threads are at the top of the page. The setting needs to be reversed so new threads/posts go to the top of the page... not the bottom

Granted, it is a little about Russia, but in my opinion it is more about the rights of the LGBTQ community.
In your opinion, should anything about LGBTQ rights be pushed to the very bottom of a forum that caters to the ADULT Entertainment Industry? Doesn't this set a really bad example, especially since GFY and all of its participants are in the Adult Industry?
I'm all for playing by the rules, but maybe you need to define what the new rules are. For example, ACEPIMP's sig has a link called "President Trump's Accomplishment List: Get Some Facts". It's political, and its content is debatable. Should his sig be allowed to appear everywhere?Comment
