Business Results with "survey" landing pages

I noticed more and more programs are using "survey" landing pages instead of normal tours.

Have you got good results with them?

    Thanks!

You're about 5 years too late to the game. They still work ok.

      Better late than never

Anyway do they bring better results than the "classic" ones (tube-style, tgp-style etc...)?

that is different for each program/site ofcourse.
Only way to see if it works for you is to test it.

It worked really well before, now (for my traffic/sites i promote) others landers are better

it depend what you wanna promote with it and how good you can track and react.

also it hardly depends on how the user reached the landingpage.

if you have already enough CLEAR information on the ad and you did not cover the message with a blinking or fast gif banner you will be probably better with a page that leads fast and directly to signup.

if you are using survey pages in mobile you should prevent silly questions for IOS or other expensive devices - they will not work.

all in all it is not a question if this lander or that lander is doing better - it is a question of HOW GOOD you understand your customer and HOW CLEAR your message is.

i have seen very nice working ad campaigns that did not go though ANY lander but directly to the signup page.
