Are you signed up with HubTraffic? I have my sites listed on HubTraffic and embed from PornHub - no issues so far.

The other alternative is to sign up with the partners and embed directly from the affiliate site with one of their banners underneath. I do that also.

it sounds a bit strange to me that someone who wants to make money with media dod not know anything about media rights.

just because someone gives you the technical solution to embed videos in your page does not mean that they are able to give you the right to show this videos.

pornhub and co are showing videos uploadet by users.
this users can confirm they have the right but nobody knows if they do.
if they do not have those rights you embed illegal content. and there is no way
to blame anyone for that because nobody charged you money for a licence or gave you any kind of guarantee that this stuff is legal and licensed for that.

just imagine what would happen if the tube you embed from change the video for something very illegal.
do you really think that this would NOT bring you in trouble ?

if this would not bring you in trouble it would be very very easy to get rid of every licence problem.

Yep, you can be sued just for embed, and this is why i need also images to be hosted on source site so in case it's removed by DMCA it will be removed from my site as well automaticly. But dont think anyone would resort to sue as there is literally millions of embeded sites and most of them owned by Russians.

First of all, NEVER avoid replying to DMCA notices! Once you reply to the notice (usually within a week or so is fine) that you have the rights to use the content, or that you removed the content off of your website - you are good to go with Google (remember user uploaded content policy). In the eyes of law, you complied to DMCA by replying or removing. Since you haven't taken care of that, your site that promotes piracy in the eyes of Google.

If you are embedding content off of a PornHub, then all the content within the video player is hosted on PornHub and it is completely legal to keep it online. Unless somebody didn't really provide the rights to the uploader to use the content. In such situations they have to send a DMCA not to you but to PornHub. Just direct the DMCA guys to PH and to avoid spamming you with notices, because you don't host the content. If the content was not legally used, such a video will be removed off of Pornhub, ending you with a removed video, so you are fine.

Companies that handle DMCA notices for various content producers (read: affiliate programs) often made mistakes, sometimes deliberately, since they earn by amount of notices submitted. So contacting the content owners with 2257 company contact in CC email will usually resolve such situations within a week or two. If the content is legally hosted on PH, talk to the content owners first and tell them to say to their DMCA agents to stop sending such notices, since it may result in business damages, like in your case.

I could not agree more. It's models' regret. They usually take the money and after some time get into a serious relationship or about to get married, and out of a sudden they want all their content removed, as if they were not paid for it. Same thing with webcam girls.

Always hit up content owners first and sort out the situation with them, since models can be quiet annoying. Imagine the situation where Schwarzenegger (after being paid millions) hit up all DVD/VOD sites claiming he has rights to Terminator movies and wants them removed from their offer because he didn't like his acting. it is not wp script. wp script just handles imports and ads. i told you what happened on email. embeds are not illegal. when a dcma is properly filed the source of the embed is deleted. i will get you back on track after i see the notice.

the notice you ignored put u on a blacklist. i had people doing my sites i never missed a reply. i dont play that shit. it will be months b4 you recover. this is a punishment they came up with. when that mobile redirect hit that fucked me up! lesson learned

copyright is not about hosting the content - you can easily host it on a anonymus cdn domain - copyright is about PUBLISHING content - and videos are published through a player.

if he streams the videos through his own player and not through the embed code PH provides he can even get the DMCA from PH because this untouched emebed code is the base they allow to show their content.

Domains are a buck each and you can grab fifty at once. Each has a page of content from a sponsor and links. Have a central page as a link list with your pages linked.

You need time, time , time and devotion. Not big money and creatively you can have a small hosting bill.

An open mind is demanded. If promoting a niche you don’t like, be creative. “See the big fat chicks with ugly faces but big asses fuck things and desperate men. Fat hogs aren’t pretty but fuck anything” is not the best way to promote BBW sites. Yes, Ive seen similar text used on sites. Similarly, don’t describe the teen site with “young schoolgirls or barely legal” wording unless your market is pedophiles and schoolgirl fantasy folks
