Europe is not a country! Europe is a continent. You need register your business in your country of residence and pay your taxes and insurance on your country of residence.
With is very logic - you don't register your business in Spain if you live in Denmark

Ok, thanks for your logic. But why is it that pornsites even smaller ones, have their businesses registered in cyprus, I doubt they reside there?
Since we are doing online business I don't think I'm limited to registering my business in the country I reside in but I don't know thats why I'm asking.

Sure, you can set up a company in Cyprus and in Seychelles - you can even set up a company on the "British Sweet Pussy Islands" - it's just a legal form - each of these companies in Cyprus has its legal form in the country of residence. (for example, if you live in France, you set up a business in France, which later establishes a company in Cyprus) And so it does not change the fact that in a place where you live more than half a year plus one day you pay taxes - clear and simple. No one in Cyprus or Seychelles will pay you a pension if you turn 67 and no one will pay your hospital insurance when you break a leg in France. Having a company in Cyprus or Seychelles is associated with the fact that these are tax havens (smaller or larger tax havens) Where you pay less tax from profits. It is profitable, of course, if you have high profits. you must cover the company's establishment costs, annual fees, billing, accountant - which is not cheap.

you have to pay for example, 10,000 euros of tax, and the costs of running a company ( in your country) in Cyprus would be for example 7k euros only for an accountant + some fee for reneval et so it for 1-2 thousand euros to make a company in Cyprus?

Make a real money in your own country, pay you taxes get insurance so you can go to hospital if you brake a leg and after this think about offshore company.

That simply isnt correct, it is only the bigger companies that do this. you need a decent bit of income to make this worth it (it also has a specific set of rules)

with a few hundred bucks i would just up a company in your own country and pay your taxes normally.

how i blieve it works +-
You setup a company in your own country (you have to).
and have your company in cyprus own the domain name + software and charge a fee for letting your local company use it (fee beeing about the amount your profit would otherwise be)

But you would need to get everything setup, have accountants, have your books checked, have bankaccounts for it. couple of thousand a year of extra costs for this

You need to check the country rules where you want to set up your business. You can't set it up for whole Europe directly.

Agp Law is probably the best incorporation company in Cyprus right now in the market, though there are many good ones, as it's a big business sector there. Things have gotten a lot more strict, in terms of accounting and most of all banking.

US is also a good option depending what you do. As others posted above, usually makes sense when you make +10k at least to go "offshore".
