You should look into a more modern decoupled architecture

Well can you help me Ferus? I will look into anything
do note that chaturbate has at times more than 100,000 online viewers
and has great quality, that costs money to deliver.

I wont help you, because I got my own things to do
And the scaleability is the reason I would reccomend you look at a more modern solution. It take a lot of infrastructure to build edge-locations like they have with their live-hls setup.

I am sure there are ways for me to help you too, im in this industry for as long as you, and I have a nice company running, so where should I look for live-hls setup?
send me in a direction, and I will help you in return

You work at a great company, and 2 years ago I would have been honored to have you as a customer, but I dont work like that anymore

Look for a solution where you ingest a video source from an RTP source and generate the HLS output with one H.264 video encode and one audio encode. Then deliver that to the streaming frontend. That way you use the industry standarts and can change the different functions along the way, as new technologies show up without having to redo everything from scratch.

The last thing you want to do is build a oldschool monolit that takes hours of maintenance and kills you with core-refactoring overhead.

You can contact this team as well - they know how it works https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink but I dont know if they want to help either

Sounds good thank you, I guess I will still be looking, wowza got me 8 seconds on a test, which wont work, and their cloud service which is probably better, pay per minute will be very expensive

They are on AWS and you could set up Amazon EC2 autoscaling groups so you dont have any cpu-overhead(servers automaticly scale up and down, so you only pay for what you actually use.)
From their marketplace you could either Bring your own license, or use their from $0.423/hr for one server.

But you need to add ingres network traffic, frontend and loadbalancers to the price
