    I need a video editor for small job

    My God Daughter had a talent show and while she was singing, the obnoxious bullies in the background were making fun of her on and off camera. I just want a hack-job blurring them out or spraying black spray paint over their smug faces so she's the only one that shines. It should be simple enough as setting up a batch to keep repeating to the end of the song/video because she doesn't move around stage. A few sparkles around her might be cool too, but this is a small job, so I'm not going to pay a ridiculous amount of money.

                  That is the whole point, it doesn't need to be professional, just need the bullies out of the background rolling their eyes and being typical kids. lol

                                              If someone could contact me, or PM me on how to do this. I no longer have access to a server to upload things to. My main job isn't even writing anymore, so I'm a little out of the loop. I left the industry for undisclosed reasons around 2014 and never sought out employment in adult again....
