The problem is your logic is out dated. 1 person doesn't equal 1 job available anymore. Computers and robots are replacing workers by the day, it's the next phase of the industrial revolution. Companies aren't recruiting in good jobs at the same pace the population is expanding. It is getting worse. McDonalds has installed computer screens for ordering, soon it will replace workers with machines making burgers, just one example of a huge trend.
