Many 'mainstream' Forums do exactly this, especially music and movie ones.

GFY should ABSOLUTELY create a social media platform where we porners can 'tweet'/post our stuff. Especially since places like Tumblr and Facebook are banning porn and even nudity. As for xenforo i have mixed feelings, moved a big sports forum on it from vbulletin and the result was not what i expected. Better UI and experience, but less engagement somehow.
