I thought the same thing after Days of Future Past, and then they made Apocalypse and I thought the same thing, again.

First X-men movie was good, Wolverine movies were good, and the first First Class movie was good. Everything else was mediocre at best.

I am holding out hope for The New Mutants, though.

Lost interested in X-Men movies after #2.

I was never a fan of the X-men. The only movies from that universe that I really liked are the 2 Deadpool movies (Yes, he's from X-men), and LOGAN, which is just ... wow.. a movie by itself.

The latest X-men movie is the last one by 20th Century Fox because after this, the rights belong to Marvel and Disney. That means that legally, they can now bring characters from the X-men comics into the MCU.

I'm sure some fans are drooling for that, but for me personally I hope they don't. As much as I like Deadpool, seeing him in a Guardians of the Galaxy movie would not thrill me.

I don't know if the Comic book movie is dead, but I'd say it needs a break after Avengers: Endgame. But then again, another Spiderman comes out next month, and "AssGuardians of the Galaxy"(Lol!) is in the works, as is Doctor Strange 2, Wonder Woman 1986, etc etc. It seems the creative minds behind these movies aren't done yet.

Young mutants pffffffft thats a kiddie movie...aint no adult want to see that...xmen are dead...so are the avengers...spiderman is 15...kiddie movie...doctor strange and wonder woman are the last ones worth watching...batman is now robin...its over...all of it wont be shit next year...sci fi is doomed to shitty netflix cookie cuts...
