Last Sunday afternoon I went by ambulance to the ER. It was quiet and I asked where everyone was today. They said nice weather and the other hospitals were more modern. I just laughed and enjoyed the quiet.
An hour later, I hear yelling. “Get your finger out of my face.” “Can I put it in your ass?” More yelling and my curtain opens up for the nurse. I see a naked guy in handcuffs being lead away by police. I made a joke and said something about his package. “Small delivery” she said and we laughed so much.
He was charged with disorderly conduct. He came to the ER because he broke his finger trying to steal a car.
Four hours later I went home by ambulance. Driver went to the wrong house.... mine is yellow but he went to a red house. Fun night.
(Worst thing was medical history. I said 1989 for surgery from detached retina and they needed the month. Like that matters???)
