I used to think the same thing but after my time in the county last week, I realized that isn't true.

I was in the county LAST WEEK and met a 23 year old skinny scared white boy who fucked a 14 year old who told him she was 18.......

He was in a cell full of niggas, including myself, and admitted that he was scared that he was gonna get his ass beat and raped and all of that shit...Some of the dudes who just came from the prison where he was headed for the next 6 months told him that he wasn't gonna get fucked with like that...All the other people in that prison want to do is get out of there..they don't want any extra time...and he said the people that would rape or murder you go to a prison that is built specifically for that type of prisoner...

They said all of that rape shit was mainly a television fantasy....Only the superhardcore prisons are like that....

i hate it when others judge people without knowing what went down. They beleive what they hear in newspapers, online and everything and they just go to town with criticism. Yes, BoneProne, I have heard about the cops and that is what they do. Its like gambling either confess now and get minimal time or go to court and get max. Sometimes EVEN THE LAWYERS WILL ADVISE YOU TO DO THIS! And they convince you that if you go to court the jury might not see you as innocent so you will prolly be given GUILTY. If you are weakminded and dont have the strength after 20 hours u might start beliving that it is true. i mean if the cop dont beleive you why would a jury? the mind works like that.

Only a fool would allow himself to be interrogated by Police Officers without an attorney present. In addition it is perfectly legal for Police officers to tell certain lies during an interrogation and is SOP. Furthermore it is not the Police Officers that a defendant needs to fear...it is the DA. The DA's office almost always overcharges (throw enough shit against a wall and some of it will stick) for the purpose of intimidation and to gain a plea bargin. The DA's office will threaten a maximum sentence if convicted on the worst of the charges and offer to drop the worst charge/charges if you will plead to a lesser charge, which is very often the intended charge. Usually attorneys (especially PD's) will advise you to go along with the plea bargin as even good attorneys will tell you that going in front of a jury is a crap shoot at best. The justice system is not really justice other than in the sense that most defendants are guilty and are deserving of some form of punishment.

I know this. My point was that most people don't. Let me rephrase they "tried" to interrogate me. They can talk all they want, I didn't answer. Their shit was so outrageous with the lying and shit talking that I couldn't help but laugh. But you know some people aren't too bright. ;)
