Russia did a major military attack on the USA and while the current administration ignores it because they were the beneficiaries of the attack don't presume "Americans" will forgive so lightly. I'd expect this Russia thing to be dragging on for the next 30 years and every democratic president to come will fuck Russia back harder. Or more correctly I'd guess... they use China to fuck Russia back.

regarding trump he said this:

the report describes the results and analysis of our obstruction of justice investigation involving the president. And as set forth in the report, after that investigation if we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime we would have said so.

We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime. The introduction to the Volume II of our report explains that decision.

It explains that under longstanding department policy, a president can not be charged with a federal crime while he is in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that too is prohibited.
