The worst are the driving instructors and the pupils driving cars in them ! You can't tell me that the driver (on the left of the pic) can see what she is doing properly. Hell, in the screengrab, she's not even looking ahead, hence the instructor having to reach across and take the wheel...
And this isn't a racist comment, its purely a safety issue. I don't care what color your skin is as you drive a car along the road, but I DO care that you can see properly !
