I have no Paxum card. I withdraw to my external credit card. Also I can't try new withdraw proccess, because my money disappeared when I withdrew funds. I can't see my money in my Paxum account.

Contact Ruth from Paxum immediately, they should and need to resolve you this issue.

Both of them. I withdrew a few times before, but this time I am having this problem. Transaction status is still initiated.

Maybe you will need to contact your bank.

Please note that we cannot recall a withdraw to an external bank card and that transaction is final. If for any reason your bank card issuer does not accept the deposit they will have to send back the funds to us as we cannot stop the transaction from our end.

There is no status update like "Completed" for these transactions. They initiated it and it's all from their end. Now it depends on your bank card issuer when (and if) you receive your money.
