By some magic NA pays what it owes to everyone I’m aware of. Posting your story in this thread will make you paid even if not paid for years.
You have to specify the range you are owed like $XXX,xx and how you brought it to NA, who did you talk to and what did they say to you. Below is a perfect example of the story. The guy got paid in some days once I learned it.

I've received payments for them in the past, always partial payments after chasing and begging them for weeks or months.

They still owe me X,XXX$. Then, they launched that ticket-based support portal. This is great, I thought. Now I'll have a ticket number and It'll be easier to track my case. Stupid of me, haven't seen a penny since then.

Ticket opened on their zendesk support portal (La Touraine, Inc.) 8 months ago. At that time, quick response, "we are waiting for funds to send". Okay... let's wait.

2 months later, no further notice, new message from my side and again, at least quick response from them: "I have already requested money for this week" and " Ill mention you specifically next time i speak to them.". "to them"?? who am I speaking to, then? Okay... let's wait.

6 months later (a couple of weeks ago) new message from my side. This time, no response whatsoever.

Of course I stopped sending traffic to them many months ago, how can they expect us to continue working with them if you have to BEG for your own money, even after begging they simply ignore you? Worked with many affiliate programs and this is BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had.

I guess they will never pay me, especially after writing this post, but I'm tired to chase them so from now on, I'll focus on letting others know their nefarious work ethics.

So, I just wanted to let others know what I wish I had known before sending them traffic for months: get away from these scammers!! There are plenty of affiliate programs paying right on time without asking.

My story is pretty much the same. They owe me high $x,xxx and have paid out a few hundred dollars here and there.

At first their ticket system would have someone answer me. I got the same run around though. Support would see if they had some money left over to pay me blah blah blah.

Radio silence for the past 6-7 months. I've stopped focusing on generating traffic for them until they pay me.

I suspect it was tax troubles. Back taxes owed would take priority over affiliates. In any case, we got paid.

NA still owe me about $1000.

Ticket opened on zendesk at september 2018, half year they told me what they have problems with billing and payment will be send soon. So, in December after about 20 messages I received part of owed summ. And from January 2019 I have no answers on tickets - half year of silence.

That doesn't sound good at all:

You complain about pay long enough, they just terminate your account and have you purge your content. In my case, some 300 pages I think it came to? Another affiliate I talked to that had also complained on reddit the same time as me and linked the GFY thread was also paid and terminated and told to purge content. I have the number one rank for NAVR review, and cannot even put a logo on it, lmao.

NA Affiliates Take Note: My Account Was Terminated Today

So, after a few weeks of trying to get paid out, and sending out well over 20 emails to Scott, Mike and Crystal at NA, as well as multiple voice mails, i get a message today from Mike that accounting wants me to call in to discuss payout.

Based on comments in the GFY thread, Xbiz and elsewhere, I knew before calling that they were going to shut down my account. NA doesnt ask you to call for anything, or pick up a phone when you call in, or return voice messages. Easy to read between the lines there.

I spoke with George, who if i am not mistaken, is one of the big cheeses/owners at NA.

I was told, among other things during a largely ridiculous conversation, that "I should do business with those that treat me right and pay instantly" and in a true show of class, by the end of the convo, was actually insulted (attmepted anyway) via my geographical location ala "stay in AK where you belong, in the igloo!!! hahahahaha. What is this, the playground? cmon bro. Get a real, relevant insult. (to be fair, I was also droppin F bombs at that point, lol)

He didnt argue that anything i was saying wasn't true, he simply argued i was saying it, while never offering any specifics about what i had said. In fact "I dont know whats going on on the boards" came out of his mouth at one point. I guess one of the NA minions took exception, lol.

I was told that they didn't like me "taking to the boards to talk about NA affiliate issues" and I responded I was simply echoing commentary already posted, not posting the GFY thread myself for instance or responding to direct questions from others, which i answered honestly.

I was also told that "why didnt you just pick up a phone and say hey assholes, pay me". Well, i did that. At least a dozen times in the last 14 months since they started having trouble paying out, every fucking payout. Same cock n bull routine every time and not one returned phone call from Mike, Scott or Crystal.

George then layed out a sob story about how THEY get screwed over by crooked affiliates, and THEY NEVER take to the boards to talk about that. I fail to see how that's relevant to anything, as I have been nothing but a solid NA affiliate for 2 years now. I told him that was expected to be part and parcel of runnin a large affiliate program, ie. bad actors. I am not a bad actor, dirtbag affiliate.

So because I had the temerity to ask for money owed me repeatedly over the last 14 months, and for taking part in ongoing discussions about the shitbag stuff going on at NA, (ie, the truth about what is going on) i have now been told, "thank you very much, we are done". Shocker. lol

I have to say, it is not the least bit surprising. The least. I fully expected this to happen based on the comments of others that have been excused by NA after asking simply for money owed them. That they had EARNED.

This got turned into, this is MY problem, rather than their problem for not being able to make affiliate payouts.

It didn't matter what I had to say to this guy, I was wrong. And I am right, there is simply no other way to view it. I earned my money from NA. He kept whining about affiliates RIPPING THEM OFF. No matter what i said, it went back to that. You should feel sorry for US.

Honestly, happy to be done with this studio at this point. We have all seen the true colors fly this last couple of months, and i feel dirty at this point, despite warnings on my website, about anyone clicking those scammy links, as I cannot place warnings on every page. I was trying to get one final payout from them, because as near as i can tell from a month of cancel notices and chargebacks, they will be hurting for income next month and the writing on the wall seems pretty clear.

I have done nothing but try to help NA for 2 years now, with scene advice, feedback and a little tough love when they needed it. Cutting trialers for thier movies for peeps to watch when they didnt provide them for affiliates. I can flat out say that there was likely shit changed in NA production that directly improved their product, based on my feedback. This is how they reciprocate. Scott has not had the decency to reply to a single email in the last month, after "knowing" the guy for some 3 years now via this sub.

Current affiliates......beware. Get your money out now if they owe you. New affiliates? Don't even think about it bro.

Wouldn't it be funny if everyone just did a collective......fuck them, and took it upon themselves to drop links/content? We are not far from that point. Treat enough of us like shit, there won't be any left.
