Fraud ? I got fucked ?

hi.

4 weeks ago i registered a 3-letter dot.WS-domain (KEYword].

it was offered as FREE to reg.
i claimed and paid.

after i paid, i got online information that payment was sucessfull.
and by email the order summary from domain-provider [1 of the greatest].

but the 3-letter-dotWS was not registered in/to my account.

i complained directly 10 minutes after ...and provider told "...sorry, domain was registered - bug in our interface - we pay back. please wait 2-3- days...".

OK, i thought - its life :-(

but until today [4 weeks] i didnt got paid back :-(((

YEAH, i KNOW, i should contact the fucking guys again - BUT YET i will NOT, because first i will KNOW at WHICH DAY the domain was REGISTERED.

okokok, ....CALM DOWN ;-) - me toooo ;-)

i like to know WHERE i can proove at WHICH day a dot.WS-domain was registered.
who registered is not important actually - only WHEN the domain was registered.

does anybody know where i can check when a dot.WS-domain was registered ?

Sounds like a bait and switch. Where did you purchase the domain?

I would also contact ICANN and see if they can advise you.

I interpreted your post as ... It was registered and they offered a refund due to system error. You didn’t get the refund and won’t email them for it.

The domain was registered a few days later and you still want your refund.

I’d drop an email to them & politely ask where the refund “name” said you’d get, and say thank you in advance. Mistakes happen and it’s better to be nice than nasty. I left a hosting company after the owner was rude to me. The name isn’t important but I spent six times the price moving to them. I was told it would be twice the price. I could have bashed them here and other forums but would that change things? Nope. I’d have looked vindictive and crude and for what ... My mistake, my error, my trusting the wrong person

whois for my 4-letter-WS shows me day when it was registerd + the domain-provider.
