I tried yesterday but I wasn't able to pick a bank account to withdraw to. Even though I clearly have bank accounts listed in my account and I did EFT several times before.
So without card and without EFT I cannot get my money and that's when the warning lights go on.Comment

Same problem for me.
If you click on 'manage bank accounts' on the EFT page.
It shows your bank account(s) , and on the right of screen, it shows that EFT is 'not available'.
It WAS working fine a week or two ago.
But now, as usual NOTHING from PAXUM to keep clients informed.Comment

i didn't see that before but yeah, shows the same for me
it says "available" for wire but the same problem here: bank accounts cannot be choosen from the drop down menu
so definitely no withdrawal possible for me at the moment
thankfully i have only peanuts in there right now but I think I will currently not accept any Paxum payments until this clears upComment

Well I've just tried to pull 100 out to my bank account via eft coz of this thread and its Sunday 5th May at 14.48

I hear ya on this. No Card, NO EFT this now become useless.
Even someone doing wire every 2 months the cost of Wire transaction fee's Still Huge compare to the EFT. Bummer

I'm from Croatia (verified personal account). EFT doesn't work, transfer to external card doesn't work ("Withdraw Funds By Card Request Failed"). Ruth doesn't reply to my mail, support doesn't reply to my ticket. They are handling these issues like true champions...-I can't quantify my hatred of the State. Preferences are ordinal.
