I am not moving my ass from my bed for less then 400k$ a year

Beside, SF is quite expensive town so that money is probably pennies for living there.

Only problem is how if you are not American it's too much hassle to get Visa. Canada would be much better option, tho question is how are salaries there compared to US.

Yeah same, i rather earn less on my own then fuck around with job for more money, unless is really big money as 400k a year as i mentioned.

A really good coder is happy to work for me for say 1500euros per month because I offer freedom...nobody has to come to work and they can work when they wish...as long as the deadline is met, nobody cares...most of them will never leave me just because of this...
