I doubt that. Google has spent over 1B$ on fingerprinting and content ID (YouTube) and it shaves maybe 1% of the piracy taking place. No ISP, host or backbone is going to drop that amount of coin to comply.

They would be throwing away alot of money if they did. They have no risk of being implicated in any copyright infringement case and all the rewards to get from the traffic being sent to them so why would they? Their main goal is to make money so it's understandable.

Yep, and this is nothing new - before back in age before tube sites, dating,cam and toy sites were notorious for advertising on pirate sites, once tube era started, their primate were taken by ad networks. Only paysite owners/promoters are against advertising on pirate sites, while everyone else are more less ok with it. I personaly do not advertise on pirate sites because they have freeloader traffic only which dont spend money on anything so how people making money with advertising there is beyond me.

Is there even one affiliate program that is not involved with this site? Myfreecams and chaturbate apparently through crakrevenue, camsoda is even listed officially as a partner, a streamate white label, Bongacams, Stripchat. I'm sure if I look closer I'll find livejasmin too. ALL these programs have something about using only non copyrighted material for promotion in their TOS. Why they don't just shave him, no idea.
