I think I do not understand what you mean?

you site is blocked by chrome or the ads on your site.

                  If first:

remove the stuff that google complaint and ask for re approval.

                  if second:

when Google blocks a site this is not without reason. I think in that case you should try to make serious biz.

I sent twice for review but both failed. And now they blocked my site for life.

Not only showing ads but they blocked the window.open, meaning you can not open any new window on click or tap.

                      can you use target=_blank?

you can sell skims to trafficshop, just hide them behind cookies and user-agent detection. (which is what you SHOULD have been doing with your pops, you wouldn't have been banned)

use native ads, embedded cam widgets, and video sliders (the ones that come in from the bottom right and show a silent video ad, you can find them on clickaine)

no, its blocked. all new window can not be open, except for right click and open window. so banners and all are useless, except target="_parent"

then you didnt remove all abusive ads, somthing was missed.,

and no, google doesnt block site for life, its just that you can ask for review again for next 30 days after doing 2 failed reviews in one month. so thats that.

but they even send you a video of what they want to be replaced.
so it should be very clear what you have to remove. obviously you did not do that.

you can prevent the block by setting all links to target _self but that will cost you a fortune of your revenue.

a site also don´t get blocked for life.

In the first case they remove the block right after you ask for re-approval.
if this fails you have a second chance.

if this fails again you can ask for re-approval after 30 days. if this fails again you can again ask for re approval after 30 days without ads.

I have never seen a case when a page was not re-approved after that 4th r-approval and I am not sure if there is something like a lifetime blocking - I personally doubt that.

but if you don´t remove what they have complained I can imagine that they are not amused to re-approve again and again when the issues are not fixed.

from July on Chrome will have an own adblocker onboard and blocks of ads or other unpopular techniques will be faster blocked than now.

if you send me your URL as PM i can have a look and see what might be the issue if you don´t know what is wrong.

Thanks guys for your input. I dont that I can submit again for review after 2 failed reviews.
