I used to listen to the bad stuff non stop. death/black metal, hard violent rap, even country music was sending out bad messages like murder, suicide and drinking.
After a while of looping that shit in my head I was basically programming my subconscious to be negative.
Now it's just wordless (or semi wordless) ambient type music . Like classic/smooth jazz or classical, maybe some beaty jazz lounge type music.Comment
