I'm just sick of CCBill so wanted to get a new processor on board as a secondary to start then see how they go.

Take a look at epoch. That way you can offer paypal thru them

Dont go with Zombaio. Their support sucks and even their live chat never respond not to support tickets. Even they dont pay

I started my own biz with Z and was pretty loyal to them as they treated me very well. for a while.

I got used to the week to month long delays in pay (esp towards the end of the year, every year) as they always did pay eventually and I didn't live paycheck to paycheck so was no big deal. just annoying. but nothing I would ever build a business upon if I needed to fulfill obligations to others (affs, talent, biz partners etc) based on Z payments.

then around 2014 they just arbitrarily stopped paying people. I was still getting paid (very late, but still paid) but was owed a couple thousand I think at that point when non-payment complaints from other users started to skyrocket.

saw the writing on the wall, if they don't pay others why would I assume I am special? I stopped accepting payments through them, on my own damn site and quickly made other arrangements

a member here who became a temp rep for Z (figured from the start he saw the value of the service to upstarts and wanted to help try to save it) got me my funds owed, quite a few months after my payments were owed.

in the end all I lost was my very minimal reserve as I had already phased them out so was just owed reserves after he got me paid overdue payment amounts. gracias Paul.

tried for a couple of years with emails every now and then on my 'tying up loose monetary ends' days to get a comically small sum of reserves owed, I think $155? but still my money. that they stole

do not work with payment processors who do not pay. I did nothing wrong to them and they objectively stole from me. you're not special either.



get a merchant account with Orbital, Payze or Mobius and do your own thing
