I wanted to get rid of that video of that well know r&b singer on my computer so I used the Department of Defense 5220.220-M standards destruction method.....

I have two higher options...the standard that exceeds the DOD standard, which "demagnitizes" the drive and I have the Peter Guttman method, which takes a hella long time but the file can't be recovered with even the highest sophisticated shit...

What do y'all use?
