				 | Gas grills are great for convenience but charcoal adds flavor. I probably use the gas grill more often because it's convenient but I prefer the Weber. Funny that you posted this cause I just finished dinner and I grilled pork chops on the Weber. Tasted like steak. Nice grill by the way.
