Are you guys using popups for chaturbate on mobile?. Google hit me with a penalty a while back for doing pops on mobile but id like to try Chaturbates. It says in the promo tools it is a popup but does it work like a pop under therefore should be ok in googles eyes?

You have to read the warning that Google is giving you. I've helped a few of our publishers fix warnings from Google around pop codes.
