how they come out depends on what they looked like before and what kind of implant you get..the shape of the implant and if you get it under or over the muscle....some come out natural with a bit of hang..wheres others come out looking fake and unatural with no hang (i like those too)

Woman shot in chest but saved by silicone implants

That happened to a girl outside a titty bar in texas a long time ago also....she was in the car with her psycho sugar daddy and he shot her from the side... the silicone implant caught the bullet and stopped it...crazy shit.... i know mine have saved my face from being smashed in a few times...lol.. when your tits hit the ground and bounce you before your face does..its a good thing
