    what's the legality of content of your wife?

    I have some dicksucking/assfucking video content of my soon to be ex-wife...this was shot back when she was down with the porn thing....but since we're getting a divorce, she's trying to act like she never agreed with the porn biz at all..

    Now since she is my wife, I never bothered to get a model release from her...at the time, there was a verbal agreement...

    Should I just give this video away for free or could I legally sell it since she was my wife at the time of the video? And of course we are both over 18 and I can prove that if the Feds come a knocking......

                                                              Not necessarily, how old is this video. Judges know ppl make mistakes in their past and won't consider anything about "unfit parent" if it was over a few years.

                                                              I know, I drank when I was younger and here 8 years later my ex tried to use that against me to take the kids and he lost. He had pics of me drinking at parties, smoking pot even snorting some lines.

                                                              I'm telling you, he showed his bitterness in everyway possible and the judge thought he was nothing more than a lying pig. Men need to learn that trying to undermine the mother of their children for something they may have did years ago while THEY lived with this woman and child/children shows they are unfit to have left the kid in the situation IN THE FIRST PLACE.

                                                              The judge even asked why if he thought I was such a bad parent, had he NOT reported me to someone or did something about it. Something to the effect that he stayed with me and as long as he was getting sex from me, my parenting skills were okay with him! Even funnier, he was an abusive asshole and the judge believed

                                                              Bitterness and trying to make an ex look bad are not the way to win a divorce case. Showing geninue concern and interest in what is best for the child/children is what works. And it has to be genuine, these judges KNOW who is lying or being unreasonably bitter.

                                                              Being in the porn biz and that most likely being used against you in court, YOU need to act like the responsible one not the loose cannon. Showing the judge that you film all this fucked up shit will only validate what the ex says about you being a pervert in the first place.

                                                              Don't believe me, give the judge the video and wait for the reaction YOU THINK she will have.


                                                              As for the legal aspect of showing ppl these pics, yes, you could be in for alot of trouble. My ex had something on me and he was told to NOT do anything stupid with it or they'd nail his ass. I never pursued getting it back as it wasn't that bad of movie anyway lol

                                                                  Check out my recent started threads....I just spent a day and a half in the county jail this week because she came to MY home, started a fight WITH ME .....All I did was grab her and drag her out of my home to avoid her tearing up all of my computer equipment and traumatizing my kids....the cops get there and she tells the cop that I am a felon and I have a gun in the house. This blinds the cop, who would rather have a felon with a gun charge than a bullshit misdemeanor domestic violence charge...so he IGNORES everything I say about her being on my property and trespassing in hopes that they will find a gun....

                                                                  I'm handcuffed in the cruiser while the cop lets the bitch walk around in MY house in hopes that she can find this gun and show him...That would be an automatic three years in jail...This cop let her walk around in my house for 15-20 minutes unescorted while I screamed to get that bitch out of my house.....

                                                                  As I was in the cruiser, I met eyes with her....she had that "I got you now muthafucka" look on her....The two white cops were being shitty with me and all...but they found NO DRUGS AND NO GUN!!!
