Trump also tried to declassify the FBI report on what the FBI did to attain the FISA warrant to start the entire investigation to begin with.
The FBI and every national agency all screamed bloody murder and he held back on it.
Funny how the Democrat politicians and the media all wanted that to be kept secret from the American people...but are so 100% fervent to have the Mueller report shown in full to the American public (it is supposed to only be given to the President and the Attorney General who then makes a summary of the report for Congress)
So, on one hand...CNN and Democrats in Congress DON'T want the report on the FBI and DOJ illegally starting the investigation to be revealed to the public...but on the other hand they DO want the Mueller report to be shown in full to the public in the hopes that it will embarrass the President in some way.

My position on all of this remains unchanged. If someone is suspected of breaking the law, there should be an investigation and if they are found guilty they should be punished accordingly.
None of that changes the fact that if Trump refuses to release the Mueller report it will make him look terrible and it will start a chain of events that will make all of this just that much messier.Comment

There was collusion all over the place.
Manafort gave polling data to the Russians.
George Papadopoulos had secret meetings with Russian agents in London, where he learned the Russians had hacked the DNC and continued to communicate with the Russians via Facebook.
Jeff Sessions, Micheal Flynn, and Rick Gates all had secret meetings and communications with the Russian ambassador, and all of them lied about it under oath. Some of the meetings actually took place at the Republican convention.
Carter Page had secret meetings in Russia and was offered millions if he could remove sanctions against Russia. Cohen was working with the Russian government on the Trump Tower in Moscow.
Trump Jr, Kushner, and Cohen had a secret meeting with Russians at Trump tower where he was offered help from the Russian government. They offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to (then) Mr. Trump. In an email about the metting it was said that it was "very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump"
Roger Stone was passing information from Russian agents and Wikileaks to the Trump campaign about the release of stolen information.

As I understand it...when a citizen of the United States is investigated and found to be innocent...they never release everything.
The reason being that it's not the govt.'s job to hurt people.
For instance...let's say that you were a citizen here. And then hypothetically...I did what the Democrats did to Trump.
I had a dossier created that was based off of CNN's "I-Report" (which was a short-lived idea that CNN did where they let normal people use their cellphones to report stuff). Steele has admitted now that he THOUGHT I-Report was real news.
Anyway, let's just say I did that to you. And the Federal Govt. used unlimited resources to investigate you.
And of course they find that you are not a Russian spy.
BUT...during the course of this intensive investigation, they discover that you don't believe in God but pretend to in order to get votes (which of course...all politicians do). And they discover that you secretly have sexual proclivities that are nobody's business. Or they simply were investigating some very serious charges that you were found innocent of...but would SOUND really, really bad if made public (i.e.: Mark answers to Putin).
Our legal system isn't supposed to do that.
Which is why Hillary and the Democrat Party were so up in arms over James Comey doing EXACTLY that to Hillary when he went on live t.v. and went down the list of shit she was being investigated for.
No Federal investigation in the history of the United States has ever been put out un-redacted to the public.
The Democrats and media want it to be so they can further use it to damage Trump politically (which is what this has been all about since day one).
Today on CNN.Com there is even a front "page" article with CNN talking about how the Democrats can now use this to further hurt Trump in the election. (yep, that's our unbiased "journalists" at work).
I know that the Attorney General has already stated he will release as much of it as he legally can. And Pres. Trump has already stated he wants the whole thing released.
What is really going to be something is: Now that the Mueller investigation is over. President Trump can have the DOJ go after the people who spread lies to start it in the first place...without anyone being able to say it's "obstruction of justice".

We have not seen the Muller Report as Barr's summery only covers collusion directly with Russian govt but not with Russian 3rd parties which anyone with half a clue understands this is how Russians work..
Added to this the report fails to state if Trump obstructed justice, which we all know he did so instead of saying he did they decided not to decide anything about that..

It's pretty much as I thought it would be.
Mueller's investigation is over for Russian interference in US election.
All crimes discovered along the way have 'not been prosecuted'.
Many have been turned over to SDNY.
Any material from crimes still under investigation or waiting prosecution will be redacted from the report, in at least public form.
It could take weeks to go over the material to be certain they don't reveal things they should not and have a public report. Could come in pieces.
It remains to be seen who else can view the material. One would think a few in both house and senate judicial committee's should be able to see this after review.
So... what's left... you will have to wait and see.
Could trump be facing charges the day he leaves office ?

Mueller's report can't be what you thought it would be, because nobody in the public has seen Mueller's report yet.
Only Barr's 3 1/2 page interpretation of the report has been released. Barr was against the Mueller probe. Barr said no sitting president can obstruct Justice and it would be illegal to indict them. That's the lens Barr wrote his summary through.

we have still not seen the Muller report. I'd like to remind everyone the only thing that has been released was a opinion piece dictated by the AG Barr.
Barr stated before he took the job as AG that a POTUS can not obstruct justice.
This was the agenda he put forward once he was confirmed. This is why there was no decision on obstruction because he decided that it would be so..
Meaning 1 man appointed by Trump who's son works for Trump decided they would drop any obstruction case.
Added to this he purposely only stated there was no direct collusion with the Russian govt he purposely did not state there was no collusion with individuals acting for Russia..
Use your brains people.. If there was no cover up and Trump did nothing wrong then why wont they release the report..

They will redact those items that are still in federal prosecutors hands.
Obstruction could still be one item in that mess.
They will also redact anything that will reveal methods and sources used in the Russian intel.
It could take weeks to see the report. Mueller is lending a hand to help redact that which is still under investigation.
There will be no actions against trump for as long as he is POTUS, unless it be by congress.
Trump is still threatening retaliation so there could be more on obstruction if there are cases pending and he now knows about them from the report..Comment

I do accept what Mueller has presented without knowing it's contents till someone gives me a reason not to. Mueller did not exonerate him.
When most of this bunch is done rattling, you will see that there is much more ahead.
Serious loose ends will at least tried to be tied up, by the feds and congress.
I'm not worried about the result, I am confident Justus will prevail until such time I see that something is standing in the way of it. But I hate to see so many constitutional challenges hitting the headlines everyday. And they are coming.
