New Paxum card withdrawls ATM?

Are these new Paxum cards different than the old the way they work?
I transfered some cash to the new card and tried withdrawing from an ATM but kept getting 'insufficient funds' when I know theres enough.

I re-check my Paxum account and see the correct amounts showing in Pending Charges and Balance but what I transfered doesn't show in Available Funds tho?

Is there some kind of timeframe before the balance is moved to available funds as its always been instant in the past?

For Trucash issued cards the limits are:

$500 USD = daily load limit
$1,000 USD = daily ATM withdrawal limit (max $500 per transaction at ATM)
$5,000 USD = daily POS limit
Max balance on card at any given time = $5,000 USD

If you transferred funds and they didn't reach the card please open a ticket in the Message Center of your Paxum account. It is also worthwhile to call the number on the back of your card to connect directly with Trucash to confirm there are no security flags on your card.
