    Where's the best place to find talent these days?

    OK I feel like a noob asking this but I been out of the biz for a few years so take it easy on me!

    I want to hire girls for a few hardcore scenes. I used to use craigslist to find local girls and got a pretty good result but you can't do that anymore. Where you guys finding your girls for content? Does anyone use adultstaffing.com? any ideas? Whats the big site for hiring these days? Is anyone even shooting new porn anymore?

                                                                      Considering how I been out of the biz for a while, I'll eat my pride and ask...what are you guys paying decent talent these days? Say its a 2 hour shoot, hardcore, MF, maybe MMF or MFF. Nothing fancy, needs to look amateur. Is $1000 per shoot worth their time? $2500? am I way off?

                                                                          You can still post ads on Craigslist in the Gigs section under Talent. On the rare occasion that I shoot anything anymore I place ads there. You'll need a phone verified account if you want the ads to stick...

                                                                                          I've been in this so long I started posting in newspapers job section. I had a beeper.

                                                                                          If your willing to put in the work there's some alternative options. I put together some flyers and left them around various places at a local college. I didn't post them as they would be removed. But just kind of placed them in areas were they would eventually be discovered.

                                                                                          I then moved on to apartments (they usually all have a laundry center where people can post stuff they are selling). Dude, there are some HOT never before seen amateurs that will work with you for rent money.

                                                                                          It all worked.. And best yet, most of these girls have friends that they will bring in once they know you are legit.

                                                                                          I use many of the current online options as well because they bring in the talent. But nothing beats a fresh faced brand new curious type model to hire.
