Yeah, I linked my temporary Paxum card (Trucash) to my Paypal account without any issues.

I don't think it's possible because you can't see transaction info for the temporary card to enter the verification numbers.

I linked mine to PP a while ago without problem. I use it all the time from paypal. My card bin ( 6 first digits ) is 531936.

I would write to service @ Trucash.com

Due to recent fraud transactions happening all over the globe, our Issuing Bank has restricted card usage in only 4/5 high-risk merchant categories - (for example: department stores, direct marketing, miscellaneous and specialty retail stores, computer network/information services, etc.). This block is temporary and we are hoping that our Issuing Bank will allow transactions at those merchants again in near future.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the cardholders, however, we cannot do anything at this moment. Cardholder can try using card at other ATM/ POS locations

So, the card it is pretty useless for shopping online.. wtf

Thanks for posting this. Last night I tried to make a purchase using Paypal and it didn't work! This makes no sense. Is this the only card who sees Paypal as an high risk merchant? Makes no sense!

I'm writing to Trucash to complain now.

Contact Trucash to confirm the address they have for your card is the EXACT same as the one you are using with Paypal. Including zip code.

Just got a reply from trucash and the address they have on file for the card looks like the paxum po box address.

They are still saying it will not work with paypal

Trucash is the shit! they support sucks.
They keep charging me 2.5% fee on transactions made in US currency even though it said when transactions made in other currency than US currency.
Keep track of your statements you will have some surprises.
