It seems of late that photos are not being resized to screen format anymore. Not sure how long it has been going on as I typically use mobile, which means I don't see photos.

When I first posted it and the board re-directed to my post, it did not seem to re-size. I gave it 10 or 15 seconds and then I reloaded the page, at that point it did re-size.
