Business my competitor built blackhat backlinks to my site, whats next ?

he gained my spot in SERP.

my site pushed down to i guess 2nd page.

What are my options ?

i can see the linkbuilding blast done on my site in semrush, from spammy domains with comment spam.,

webmastertool check link to your site: google.com/webmasters/tools/external-links?hl=en&siteUrl=YourdomainnameHERE

and hit this https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links

open a notepad copy all domain in notepad you dont want there and load that shit up on to disavow ^^

then i thought why not build shady backlinks to his site., but i thought no, i am not gonna play dirty., and then it hit me and i checked my site in semrush and found shady backlinks to my own site created in december.,

SERPs is a live thing, going up and down can happen for various reasons and it is normal. How do you know that this is the reason?

Anyway, as other people said, just use disavow, you will feel better
