Is SoBeGirl a man of his word?
My lawyer has advised me that it is prudent to have model releases and proof of age docs for all content that I use. So when SoBeGirl posted his $5 a set offer I asked if docs were available and he replied:
I then spent several hours assessing each of his 200+ sets and chose 80. But prior to ordering the 80 sets I decided to buy 10 to check the quality. So I sent SoBeGirl $50 and he sent the download info. But then when I asked for the model docs he refused to send them. When I protested, he said that he would send them but he's decided to charge an extra $10 per set. So basically my $400 order is now going to cost $1,200! How fucked-up is that?
SoBeGirl, if you didn't want to provide model docs, you shouldn't have said that you would! And if you were planning to charge $10 per set for docs, you should have said that in advance! This is EXTREMELY unprofessional!
Yes you can get all model docs with your order. I have to mail them to you though but they can be had..
