Here's a GREAT IDEA that I know will never happen. Donald Trump should invite the kid and Phillips to the white house, or some meeting somewhere, where the 3 of them can sit and talk. Trump should make it very clear to both that everyone deserves respect, heard, and that any disagreements can be solved with discussion and diplomacy.
