          Overall you really can go to any photo shop and make photo with your phone/card/id or anything else here with good pro quality and get your money back. I thought they were thieves but now I think otherwise;)

          I got that issue for way lower amount and did just that with other service.

          Yes, it's maybe laundry, but you do that laundry action at first by using them as well. You simply complain now they not allow you to do it in final stage;)))
