Steele was still being handled up until Nov 2017 by Bruce Ohr who was relaying contacts to the FBI
The FBI kept 302s of the contacts until May 15th.. 2 days later Mueller was appointed and 302s were no longer kept
Ohr's wife was hired by Fusion GPS in late 2015 for "Russia research" she was also working for the CIA
Ohr's wife gave Steele a thumb-drive of "research" AFTER the election

I believe most Americans will want it completed and made public, and from there.. they can make arguments as to if its a nothing burger or not.
