    You Must Be 21 To Buy Cigarettes in Massachusetts

    Law went into effect today. 21 to buy cigarettes and no vape supplies for sale in public.

    You can be forced to go to a Middle East country to fight at 18 but you can’t buy cigarettes.

    You can get a drivers’ license at 16 but can’t drink to celebrate.

    At $8 a pack, cigarettes are a luxury.

          I've never agreed with age discrimination laws for stuff like cigarettes and alcohol. If you can be sent to war at 18 then you should be able to drink or smoke. I see this as a violation of rights.

              The government & businesses have no problem exploiting youth for their purposes but when it comes to having fun they're too imature.

              If you're not mature enough to handle liquor and smoking at age 18 then you're not mature enough to make decisions about contracts or risking your life in the military.

              Trying to have it both ways sends mixed signals and encourages young people to break the law.

I believe that you must undergo two years of mandatory counseling before you can be approved for surgery. The sex counselor must certify you as qualified for gender reassignment surgery

This mean alcohol and cigarettes which are affecting harder still growing brains shouldnt be consumed by people under 20 - 21.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Doing porn is something which has to do with self-determination and for that mostly humans over 15 around are able to decide - 18 is just a safe option cause everyone is different.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Driving a car or doing porn is totally different from substances your body has to deal with.

This mean alcohol and cigarettes which are affecting harder still growing brains shouldnt be consumed by people under 20 - 21.
