I'm not on a crusade over $100, I'm agitated that Paxum are pulling this shit on a lot of people and that means there's a whole lot of cash that Paxum are hanging on to that can never be exited from Paxum.

Let's look at the facts, they lost US banking, they lost natively issued cards, they've lost Eastern European transfers, they operate out of a Canadian post office box or virtual office. Something is up with Paxum. From the inept customer service to all the regulatory problems they have had there has to be something improper going on.

nevertheless it is the only payment option currently on the table for many...it is what it is...cashing in checks takes months in our country and the fees are just silly...

Asked this question but have not got an answer. As RuthB says these sanctions are not under her control. Bad Ukraine. Bad... Canadians hate you because evil Russians have annexed your Crimea. Bad Ukrainians.

Of course it's bullshit.

Mastercard & Visa withdrawals don't work.

grzepa 12-22-2018 03:21 PM

My wire arrived fine, no problems. Also very fast 2 days.

RTP 12-22-2018 03:30 PM

I posted the comparison elsewhere, and was disregarded as a crack smoker.

Paxum is there but it is near impossible to get funds out...we literally have a thread of messages 20+ and jumped through hoops and still had no movement.

I think their issues are because of the KYC VISA shit that is going on which is fine. Example is we did all that with every other vendor that works with us such as CCBILL/Epoch etc. it's basic compliance and sure it's a few extra steps to do, but it's a requirement. Shit was like dealing with customer service from a third world country and yes I let them know even citing corporation law in the US as they don't seem to understand it.

KYC compliance docs are very easy, like a check list. However with these guys you send shit in and it's like running full speed into a brick wall then rolling backwards and getting hit by a semi truck.

To their credit they didn't want to deal with us so we told them to close our account, they ended up sending all the money back the origin source and we had to go collect it there, which was another nightmare because the payments made were years and years ago. If you don't want to deal with them close your account, they won't pay you but eventually you'll get your money - maybe. Who knows what the strategy is here, make it impossible for people to get their money and eventually they will say fuck this headache keep it.

Fat Panda 12-23-2018 07:54 AM

rofl keep this on top

get your money out now

shit is fucked. lol

losers

Fat Panda 12-23-2018 07:55 AM

can u say mallicked ?

:1orglaugh

bye bye to the monies

AdultKing 12-23-2018 08:02 AM

If Paxum wanted people who couldn't withdraw to get their money then they could just offer to send a cheque for the remaining balance and close out the account.

But they won't do that because they use factoring, which means they don't actually hold as much money as is reflected in all accounts. If every Paxum user tried to withdraw their money at the same time Paxum would go the way of ePassporte before even half the account holders cashed out.

It's a scam.
