As he prepared to collect a $500,000 payday in Moscow in 2010, Bill Clinton sought clearance from the State Department to meet with a key board director of the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom — which at the time needed the Obama administration’s approval for a controversial uranium deal, government records show.

Arkady Dvorkovich, a top aide to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and one of the highest-ranking government officials to serve on Rosatom’s board of supervisors, was listed on a May 14, 2010, email as one of 15 Russians the former president wanted to meet during a late June 2010 trip, the documents show.

If Trump had done this, I would be thoroughly appalled and demand he be tried for high treason by a military tribunal, with the death penalty under serious consideration.

Russia has reserves of 500,000 tonnes by themselves to mine.

For starters the deal was that none of it leaves the US.. This was broken immediately "officially" WITH Obama's approval, he personally had to sign off on it.. Not just regular old uranium either.. Weapons grade.. Off the record there's no telling.. The way they buried that fiasco was charging the Russian running the operation here with bribing officials and transport co's.. Why would you need to bribe transport companies unless you wanted them to carry what they were transporting somewhere it wasn't suppose to be going? Even the "official" "weapons grade uranium" that was only suppose to go to Canada to be refined and then brought back "disappeared" with last record of "somewhere in Europe"

Now.. What if that "weapons grade uranium" ended up in a dirty bomb and set off in some city? What if sometime thereafter said uranium is shown to have the markings of being from the US? Do you see how this might pose as a problem?

So... Let me see if I understand this correctly... You are claiming that President Clinton talked to Putin, and then President Clinton told Secretary of State Clinton to sign off on a routine decisions? Okay, great.... How many other people had to sign off on that deal? In order to prove collusion you would have to have everyone who made the decision on board with the collusion.
